WHAT IS BEING RECORDED:

• Breathing Effort - monitoring of breathing effort is essential in the clinical diagnostic recording of sleep. Increased breathing effort is a sign of obstructive sleep disorder breathing and it is associated with sleep disturbance.
• Pulse Rate - heart rate movements or rises may symptoms your body is struggling to breathe when your upper airway is obstructed during sleep
• Oxygen Saturation - monitoring oxygen level during sleep is crucial as oxygen level often decreased during sleep obstructive event.

These recording can help to grade if there is a need to seek clinical advice from a sleep doctor. All report is verified by International Board Certified Registered Polysomnographic Technologist from Singapore.
